      The role is to ensure our customers receive an excellent service throughout their journey with us. From the moment a customer contacts us, via our website, customer service desk, social media accounts or via our staff, I make sure our customer service is excellent and the customer knows exactly what they can expect from our packages and services. Once a purchase is made I ensure the excellent customer journey continues by ensuring our high standards and key Performance Indicators are met. I oversee a team of Client Relationship Managers who link closely with our customers and escalate any issues to me, who in turn addresses the issue with the support of our service.My role also covers the billing and charging. I have the task of ensuring our billing is clear and understandable and making it as easy to purchase our packages and services.
