I got the tittle of Chairman of researchers in the field of radar wave propagation from ministry of higher education Baghdad since 2002.I got appreciation Ph.d from ministry of higher education Baghdad since 2002.I got the tittle of professor from ministry of higher education in Kurdistan since 2006. I was supervising 2 Ph.D students in university of technology and 6 M.Sc students in university of technology and university of Salahaddin university.       The IT Services & Website development department vision to upgrade the infrastructure facilities to the ISO standard regulations.PS on line students registration is launched for the new academic year 2017-2018.Prof. Dr. Qaysar S.Mahdy started to put a new plan to train the academic staff on the on line courses and how to design the learning management system on the Moodle platform.The counsel of trustee approved to open the E Learning unit in order to produce the e-courses.The teachers will learn how to produce their own e-lectures and e-courses.How to manage their curricula on the university website to be available whenever and wherever.
