Installed, programmed, and troubleshot ISCO stream samplers for stormwater runoff. Prepped sampling equipment before rain events and collected resultant runoff samples. Utilized power tools to construct protective shelters for sampling equipment. Collected field data, including erosion measurements within a wetland using a cohesive strength meter. Lab Work. Analyzed hydrographs to develop composite runoff samples. Acid-preserved runoff samples that were sent to Wisconsin State Lab of Hygiene for Analysis. Completed other lab tests that utilized all quality control measures.Technical writing. Manage development of high-caliper communication materials, including newsletters, fundraising appeals, annual reports, emails, and social media accounts. Development & Donor Relations. Foster exceptional donor relations within the community. Manage prompt donation recognition and genuine stewardship of donors. Fundraising & Events. Manage all aspect of annual fundraising events. Increased gala donations from $25k in 2013 to $300k in 2020.Grant Writing. Awarded 18 grant proposals—from state agencies; community foundations; and Patagonia—totaling $430k. Administer grants, including tracking, reporting, and reimbursement requests. Lake & Watershed Management. Wrote and awarded approval of a Nine Key Elements Green Lake Watershed Management Plan, approved by the WDNR and EPA.Project Implementation.
