  P&L accountable for a leading tier 1 operator customer/channel account, including all the related account management acctivities such as; go to market, sell with, sell to, dealings, pipeline and relationship covering Asia, Middle East and Africa market with focus on Ericsson Cloud infrastructure products and services. I was brought in to build Ericsson Region South East Asia and Oceania Cloud and NFV business. During the first 2 years, I created a cross-functional team, established Ericsson as the key player in the region and delivered sales opportunities with leading operators, closing multi MUSD in sales. I joined the newly established Ericsson Communication Services business area as a key talent to build the reference solution portfolio and sales operation. I created 15 product solutions leading to closed deals and established the business area strategy and sales execution across all 10 Ericsson regions. Delivered 2012 R&D Core & IMS business plan globally. During the same period, I finalized 4-month assignment as Head of General Operations in Ericsson R&D Shanghai where I was leading the sites Lean and agile development. As a member of Stockholm R&D center leadership team, I managed operational development and security for all 11 Core & IMS R&D centers globally. During the same period, I delivered 24 MUSD/year savings in test efficiency across 5 R&D data centers as part of my Six Sigma Blackbelt project. I covered Ericsson mobile platforms, core and radio portfolio as Quality and Verification Leader for product introduction and transfers globally.
