Led the recovery 50% of schedule slippage with no impact to quality for 4 overdue NPI projects with government level DX and DO rater by conducting team reviews, gate release meetings, and hands-on assembly of 20+ SSDRs. Assisted the Space team by conducting hands-on assembly of 5+ SSDRs resulting in the overall schedule delay being reduced by 33% with no negative impact to quality.
