  I contributed to the development and success of the Cobis banking solution in several Latin American countries, leading successful implementations in leading financial institutions in the region such as ABN Amro Bank and Corporación Financiera Nacional in Ecuador, Banco de Crédito Hipotecario in Colombia, Banco Macro in Argentina, Banco del Istmo in Panama, and Comermex-Scotiabank in Mexico.

  I defined and executed strategies to drive demand and sales of Microsoft 365 in multiple countries in Latin America, achieving a 20% growth in annual sales to reach USD 500 million and gaining a 4-point increase in market share. I led the transition of the business from a transactional model to one of cloud services, increasing the relevance of this area for the company by 35%. This was achieved by driving the digital transformation of key companies, distributors, and business partners in that order. I exceeded last year's sales targets by 8% through dissemination strategies and technical training, positively impacting +400 key customers and +60 partners managed throughout Latin America. I led the growth of the business by 246% in five years through innovative campaigns, such as collaborations with 5 sectional government organizations and alliances with 3 chambers of commerce. For this achievement I received two internal awards at the Latin American level. I achieved sales growth of 42% in one year, the highest worldwide in Microsoft in the developer tools category, through strategic alliances that I fostered between integrator partners and developer partners, in addition to the creation of the MSDN Preferred Customer loyalty program. I established and contributed to the creation of the model for 6 professional and 10 academic communities that involved more than 6000 members, revitalizing the software development market in Ecuador that positioned it as a leader in Latin America.
