      I was tasked with reviewing floor plans, creating pricing structure and selecting finishes appropriate for the specific product. I worked directly with the advertising agencies to create ad campaigns, brochures and collateral materials that would enhance the sales/marketing process. Our development team relied on complete collaboration from the sales team, the architects and the construction team to create the finest product on the market.

I have been involved in the development of a parking lot (owned by a condo association) into an underground parking lot for owners topped by two luxury town homes which I sold for record-breaking prices in 2002. I was sales leader for 5 luxury new construction developments by LR Development Company (800 North Michigan, 250 & 270 East Pearson, 840 LSD & 340 East Randolph). I continue to represent clients in these properties with record-breaking sale prices. My experience in the development, construction and sales of such iconic properties gives me a unique understanding of value and the ability to convey value for the best sales results. Anticipating the market and understanding the wants and needs of the consumer gives me an extraordinary advantage in the FOR SALE market.
