  I worked as an intern in the Field Operations team on the transition to the New Commerce Experience. I built and managed a process to collect early insights from global field stakeholder that was then used to inform decision making at a C-Suite level. I also got involved in a litany of other projects that drove impact in particular the Learning and Innovation Intern initiative, our projects will boost the Growth Mindset of intern cohorts for years to come.
