      System Integration and Development I have successfully done integrations to Banking / MicroFinance system in use by Sacco’s in Kenya (Temenos T24, BREFT, FinE-Xtrem, Navision ERP, Orbit-R) Implement system integration using SOAP, REST, ISO8583 and file transports to financial institution (MFI, Sacco’s, and Banks) to SpotCash Mobile Banking Platform and other Tangazoletu financial solutions. Research on current system, technology and competition in the market and identifying business solution and recommend for integration to current systems. Technical Support Level 2 and Level 3 Handle all escalations as guided through the support matrix available in SLA’s for SpotCash Core Banking System, SpotCash Banking Alternate Channels (Mobile Banking via USSD /App, Agency Banking, WhatsApp Banking, Internet Banking, and ATM), Bimas Micro-Savings and Lending System, Tibu Financial Payment System, SpotPay Payment System, M-Pesa 1Tap and Tangazoletu Bulk-SMS Gateway. Support partner organization’s team with technology specialization on areas of field implementation and rollout i.e., Onboarding to M-Pesa API endpoints for C2B, B2C and B2B (Collection/Disbursement PayBill Accounts) for Sacco’s and Microfinance Organizations. Restore / resolve technical issue with systems and provide root causes analysis (RCA) on noted issues or incidents. Perform system analysis and reviews on system monitoring and implement minor maintenance and updates to optimize system performance and recommend major updates/upgrades/fixes to development team. Implement monitoring checks and alerts to notify internal and external technical support to notify on system interruptions, irregularities, and outages on the existing solutions to ensuring that services are continuously running on a 24-hour basis.
