Was responsible for providing technical specification inputs into rig tender.+ Co-ordinated the activities of third party contractors providing drilling related services such as MWD/LWD/PWD, wireline, cementing, mud-logging, drilling bits, etc. + Responsible for onshore QA/QC of contractor items being sent out to the rig to ensure compliance with the required specifications.+ Served as company representative in PortHarcourt, to source and mobilise tools and equipment from various contractor yards down to the offshore logistics base in Onne. Show less + Responsible for the repatriation of the Front-end planning work for the deepwater Bonga South-West & Aparo (BSWA) project from Houston to Lagos, Nigeria.+ Worked with the Project Team (sub-surface heavy), to developed the strategy for development of two key reservoirs (670 & 719) in the BSWA Field, as requested by major stakeholder (NAPIMS). I was responsible for developing the well paths (directional profile), that was used by the Subsurface team (Geologist and Reservoir Engineer) in both static and dynamic models, to evaluate the reservoir potentials. Show less Responsibilities included:+ Short and long term planning of casings, wellheads and accessories availabilities for the entire SNEPCo deepwater drilling operations. + Provision guidance and recommendations to the operations drilling engineers for possible casing designs to adopt for both exploration, appraisal and development wells drilling based on materials management philosophy. + Management of SNEPCo's Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG) - (casings, wellheads and accessories) inventory. During this time, there was never a time drilling operation was hampered by the unavailability of required hardware.+ Management of SNEPCo Well Engineering OCTG contracts. This included involvement in tendering process and management of tubular suppliers.+ Championed, alongside the supply chain management team, the qualification of Hydril 563 premium tubular connection by Shell International EP Houston (Deepwater centre of excellence) prior to the application of the above connection in SNEPCo drilling operations.
