  Deployed under Huawei Technologies Philippines, Inc. projects.• Involved in project pre-implementation planning.• Integrates new network elements (NE) to existing networks.• Prepares & creates Request for Change (RFC) documents for network related activities such as NE integration, Software & Patch Upgrade, Card Expansion.• Performs Hardware & Software Acceptance test (HATSAT) for equipment handover.• Conducts Integrated System Acceptance Test (ISAT) & resiliency tests to customer’s Operations team as a part of equipment handover.• Conducts software & patch upgrades to the existing & new NE.• Performs card expansions to provide network expansion to the existing network.• Creates & submits engineering documentations such as Methods of Operating Procedures (MOP), Technical Site Survey Report (TSSR), Broadcast Reports (BR), Provisional Acceptance Test documentations (PAT docs), & As-built Plans (ABP) as a part of E2E documentation requirement for project turn-over.• Performs site survey activities & creates TSSR.• Creates MOP for different network activities like new network element integration, card insertion/expansion, NE re-configuration & resiliency tests.• Provides technical remote & onsite engineering troubleshooting support.• Creates & updates network topology.• Provide LLD Network Planning & Pre-sales technical support.• Assess & extracts technical information, based on the materials in Bill of Materials (BOM), using in-house tools to be presented & used by related teams.• Examine the purchase orders for the project's supplies & services.• Responsible for maintaining Network Management System (NMS) such as integrating & uploading new NE, checks/acknowledged NE alarms, extracts bulk network information, & resolves issues related to NMS.• Responsible for maintaining network allocation such as network IP addresses & configurations.• Handles/diagnose network problems & create reports to customer & project team.
