  During my internship in the Quality Department at BMW, I gained comprehensive experience in ensuring and enhancing quality standards in automotive manufacturing. My responsibilities included learning car auditing procedures, controlling non-conformance parts, and understanding effective problem-solving techniques. I also became familiar with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess departmental performance. Additionally, I developed basic proficiency in MS Access and Tableau. I contributed to organizing a Quality Promotion event, preparing posters, and handling related documentation. Observing the car assembly process from the monocoque chassis to the complete car further enriched my understanding.
