With over a decade of experience in project management, I lead a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering critical support across the country, ensuring that our initiatives are not only impactful but sustainable.Key Responsibilities: Leading and managing the coordination of all projects under Eleos Ukraine, ensuring effective communication, strategy implementation, and goal achievement. Overseeing project execution, including weekly team meetings, performance assessments, and monthly evaluations of project goals and budgets. Managing partnerships with donors and stakeholders, including Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V.
