It is a five-year Project implemented jointly by the Ministry of Health and the Council of Governors. The project aims to improve the utilization and quality of primary health care (PHC) services with a focus on reproductive, maternal, newborn, child, and adolescent health (RMNCAH) services through: Improving access to and demand for quality Public Health Care (PHC) services, strengthening institutional capacity to improve utilization and quality of PHC services and supporting cross-county and intergovernmental collaboration in the counties’ health system.I was therefore based at the Ministry of Health- Headquarters to implement Monitoring and Evaluation activities of the project.Key achievements:● Collaborated with Counties to make Annual Work Plans and supervised the successful execution of the Monitoring and Evaluation activities that saw a 30% increase in funding by the World Bank. ● Skillfully managed to mine data from the Kenya Health Information System ( KHIS) and present reports to the World Bank on the performance of the indicators in various Counties. ● Providing technical support to the Counties in developing Monitoring and Evaluation Frameworks and quarterly reports.
