I transitioned in this period from a support analyst to a Functional consultant as I realised that I had to get closer to the customer requirement.       Misys Plc International Banking Systems – Dubai and Amsterdam at client premisesSpend the first two years as a permanent employee in Dubai and decided to change to contract work in 2012 in Amsterdam. After technical implementation is completed for the customer, as the lead of a team which included resources from an outsourced company, we configured and tested the customer requirements for the Opics Plus system. This also included testing the integration of Opics with Equation. We were also responsible for new release testing, configuration, sign off and training of new users for the release. Planned and analysed business requirements and change requests for each client. Liaised with Project Manager and internal stakeholders in support of the Treasury Management System (TMS) Implementation and sign off workshops.       This project was specifically for the implementing Murex as the new front office system and keeping Opics as the back-office system for UCI that I collaborated for with the Project Manager. Business analysis for the system included the creation of requirement and functional specifications for the integration of the Treasury Front Office vendor system. As part of testing the integration I rreviewed XML files and executed SQL queries to ensure outcome and results expected.• Successful migration of front office system to integrate with Opics as the back office and accounting system.
