  I assist residents in carrying out activities of daily living such as bathing, eating, toileting, and transportation. I record vitals, dietary intake, and urinary outputs and monitor for changes in medical condition. Working at a skilled nursing facility has allowed me to work with respiratory, physical, occupational, and speech therapists, dialysis care teams and wound care nurses. I also help carry out any tasks delegated to my by the nurses.
