  Facilitating the implementation of the strategic goals of the organization in the three-membered executive board. My key roles are building, monitoring, optimizing, and assuring the quality of community-based services, sustaining the well-being of employees and volunteers, and reinforcing child protection measures within the services and activities. Designing, coordinating, and implementing initiatives aiming to reduce mental health disparities of sexual and gender minorities. Therefore, I work in cooperation with the community and other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include the development, adaptation, and delivery of interventions, services, resources, and training courses, while also providing technical advice on related issues, policies, and research.
