  -Worked for two entrepreneurs that had many companies and I was devoted to the GPS Device tracking company named Gemini. Gemini Devices were small and used for fleet tracking, motorcycle recovery, SOS/911, and spy tracking.-At first started out with just technical assistance for customers but rapidly increased responsibility for lead Technical Support, Customer Service, Activation, Device Orders, and much more.-Was promoted within 12 weeks of working at Gemini, they needed someone in the position and realized my potential.-Flipped the whole support process, orders, billing, and many other aspects of the company to be more organized, logical, and more time efficient in the end saving the company hundreds of hours and lost cost.-Created new documentation including sales order forms, streaming video tutorials for customers on our website, an entirely new training manual.-Redesigned and relaunched our website using Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
