  Responsible for the management of the Hospital Information System in three Saudi hospitals and Advising the Medical Director on all aspects of the Management of the local health economy.

  Responsible for the management and leadership of all Diagnostic and Therapy Services for the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust. All functions were devolved to Divisions including Income, Expenditure, HR, IT, Medical Records and some estates functions. Business planning and strategic leadership were particularly important in this roll as we wished to remain a three star Trust and apply for Foundation Status. Budget £40m- 400+Staff (Largest Division in the Trust at that time) Responsible for the clinical quality of the department as well as the financial management. I introduced many new services to the Trust reducing its reliance on outside contracts and saving the Trust many thousands of pounds in contract fees. Lead Scientific Specialist in Bone Density and Osteoporosis - This post was concurrent with the above roll.

On the former I, along with a co-assessor, examine applications for admission to the statutory register of Clinical Scientists in the UK. On the latter I sit on the committee which examines allegations against Clinical Scientists whos fitness to practice is alledgedly impared for whatever reason.
