  Drew Lowell-Britt joined EcoMotion in 2008 as an energy efficiency and green living professional. Accredited by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Certified Energy Manager, Drew has extensive field experience working with residents, schools, businesses, and cities to promote green building and smart energy management. As the Project Manager for the Solar Santa Monica and GoSolar West Hollywood programs, Drew specializes in field services - energy and water efficiency, solar strategy, EV charging, battery energy storage, and community outreach. Drew commonly provides expertise to multifamily and commercial buildings, the most complex of solar projects. Drew also manages technical solar support and field verification services to Anaheim Public Utilities and Burbank Water & Power. He has inspected over 200 solar systems to ensure compliance with rebate guidelines. As a Prop 39 Specialist, Drew manages the energy benchmarking, campus audits, expenditure plan submittal process, and conservation measure implementation for dozens of schools. This year, Santa Rosa Academy secured all of the funds needed to install a 106 kW solar photovoltaic system, lighting sensors, and smart thermostats. The installation was successfully commissioned and is now saving the school $32,000 a month. Drew works with institutional clients including Metro, USC, Shenandoah University, and Millbrook School. He served as a project manager for the 1 MW solar installations at the Capital Group Companies in Irvine, California, Orange County’s largest PV system at that time.
