  Responsible for the ideation process, interactive prototypes and mockups, carrying out mini testing to find the right user experience design for each job story, designing the visual appearance of the product or platform, which includes the design system, design assets and page layout. Helping lead design researchers prepare and conduct research such as user testing, interviewing respondents and downloading findings from research by analyzing and synthesizing the results. Accompanying workshop or training participants so that interactions within the group take place optimally. Help the lead trainer or facilitator explain activity instructions in more detail and more clearly within the group.
