  Worked on a project to develop a predictive model that could identify detractors and non-detractors from a retail survey. Detractors were identified as individuals who had a satisfaction score from 0 to 6 on a scale of 10, while those who scored above 6 were considered non-detractors.To accomplish this task, I performed the following:- Created a table by joining different tables containing data from the retail survey- Conducted feature engineering on the table to extract meaningful features- Handled class imbalance in the dataset using Random Undersampling technique- Applied various classification models such as Random Forest, Logistic Regression, and XGB Boost - Selected XGB classification model for its superior performance- Performed Bayesian optimization hyperparameter tuning on XGB classifier to further improve its performance- Analyzed feature importance for XGB classifier to understand the important features- Checked for different probability threshold values for optimum recall, precision, and accuracy for both detractors and non-detractors.This project showcased my skills in data analysis, feature engineering, classification modeling, hyperparameter tuning, feature importance analysis, and model performance optimization.Worked on a retail pharmacy survey data to estimate causal effects of variables on customer satisfaction using doubly robust estimation. Preprocessed the data, estimated ATEs of variables, conducted sensitivity analysis, and provided actionable insights. Skills: causal inference, statistical modeling, data preprocessing, and analysis.
