Directly managing 4 engineering managers and 3 architects, in total 40 employees. This product area is a bridge between the core building blocks and our product lines. It has both framework aspects as well as common business functionality across product lines which means that stakeholder management covers close to 25 teams. Perfect spot to drive initiatives across the company including quality, coding and testing standards as well as process changes. This meant continued involvement in serious hiring (1 out of 2 people currently involved in hiring SE/SSE/TA in the company) as well as mentorship and coaching of new hires.       Outstanding job getting up to speed on FINEOS for the JEE6 Project FINEOS Mar 2014 Drazen got up to speed overnight practically on the technicalities of the TA and FrontOffice project code-bases with no assistance really.He was able to hit the ground running and to contribute immediately to the JEE6 project. He investigated the migration of existing BOs to the new BO POJO format using annotations.He had prototype POJO BOs developed within days to prove the migration was possible.This was critical in kick starting the development of the JEE6 project.
