As Training Lead, my role is to: - Conduct training needs analysis and develop training strategy - Liaise with business, IT and end user stakeholders to ensure strategy is fit for purpose and aligned with business outcomes - Work with instructional design team develop gamified eLearning content and face-to-face training materials - Work with the deployment team to coordinate delivery of training and report to the project on training outcomes.Key achievements: - Implemented a Tin-Can compliant LRS to deliver gamified eLearning for iPad deployment - Achieved in excess of 100% completion rate for eLearning (i.e. more team members have completed the training than were required to) - KPIs across Service team typically returned to pre-cutover levels within 1 week Show less
