  Procured my California Real Estate Sales License in 2003. Started selling real Estate full time primarily entry level homes for my first couple years. In 2004 I partnered with Greg Dorland of Dorland Properties LLC, Local builder who helped segway my career into Luxury.2005 I started an savvy marketing company called the Gemme Group, who's mission was to leverage emerging social media applications as a marketing tool for real estate. Gemme Group 1.0 expanded to be the first real estate company to attend the Snow Bomb ski and snow fest shows, bringing Lake Tahoe Real estate directly to interested parties in the Bay area, Silicon Valley and Sacramento. 2006 I began to study Foreclosures and Short sales. Everyone thought I was crazy at the time, but at the beginning of 2007 We closed our first Short Sale and by the Fall of 2008 I was teaching classes to top producing agents within the Tahoe Sierra Board of Realtors trying to get ahead of the foreclosure market. 2008 I was approached by several brokerages to come and work for them. Many wanted me to assume a management roll and join their offices in recruiting agents during the real estate down turn, which at the time i was not interested in.   Realtor, In 2010 I partner with Trinkie Watson of Chase International. Tasks included, bringing consistency to brand development, expanding on marketing, leveraging social media exposure and applications and growing sales of luxury homes from $18M to $52M. I brought Gemme Group to Chase International and Ski and Snow board shows throughout California. Specialized in Lake Tahoe Lakefront Luxury Sales.Office Development and Expansion- In winter of 2011, I volunteered to help Chase with their expansion in Tahoe City and Squaw Valley. I aided in the design and remodel of the offices in Tahoe City by summer 2011. In the fall of 2011 project managed a design team to remodel and open a Chase Office in Squaw Valley before Ski season began. (7.5 weeks from start to finish) Business Development: Refined and streamlines business and marketing Strategies of the Watson Gemme Sales team. Sales Grew from $18Million in 2010 to $52Million by winter of 2012.Recruiter- Aided in the growth of a rapid expanding real estate company, and worked as an onsite trainer for recruits. Show less
