      Worked in an agile and flexible environment, quickly responding to and prioritizing many different types of tasks. My primary role was to manage, maintain, and update the Microsoft CRM system. This involved meeting with client specific managers as well as staff within the department to raise concerns over implementation and maintainability of the system. Additional responsibilities included backup IT support for internal employees and SharePoint administration. Responsible for making sure all technology support requests were routed to the appropriate personnel and resolved in a timely manner. I was the primary point of contact between end users, an outsourced IT company, and members internal to the department. Job duties varied from basic IT support to weekly meetings with our 3rd party IT company to discuss the escalation process of tickets.
