  Participation in the IST project (Information Society Technologies) of the European Union, named OASIS (Open Architecture and Schools in Society) which aim was the normalization of the use of the new technological tools (so software as hardware) in the Public Education System, with the participation of all Educative agents. I analyzed the requirements of the project and worked on data base access programming, on open architecture and on systems of communications with users, by developing graphic elements like dynamic portals and managing web contents in, at least, English, Spanish and French. I trained the system administrators and gave support of the system in real pilots (also with web monitoring and failover systems). I worked with several protocols (IP, LDAP, RTSP, Samba…), managing web contents, with chat, blogs, and mail systems (lists, SMTP). Platforms were based on Unix (Solaris, Apple and Linux) and Windows systems. Besides this, I programmed in Java mainly with J2EE, PHP and Perl, and with application server Tomcat over Apache.
