  - Managing a highly complex National Youth Service programme which seeks to address youth unemployment by employing 45000 candidates in 6 months of community service work. This includes creating the delivery and implementation plan, convening reporting sessions with stakeholders and giving practical support to the internal team of 18 project managers and administrators.- Collaborating with the PWD volunteer group and leading the creation of the first demand-facing value proposition that specifically responds to how the organisation supports disabled work seekers to transition into earning and learning opportunities in a meaningful way. - Directing conversations with the Product and Data teams about creating dashboards that show a consolidated view of each project to track delivery against objectives and facilitate funder reports, e.g. giving Partners real- time visibility of the number of applicants across multiple opportunities. - Convening learning forums every 2 months with internal and external stakeholders as a retrospective aimed at improving ways of working and resolving inefficiencies within the system. - Co-creating Webinars, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU’s) and Radio Interviews as a vehicle for stakeholder engagements to build a pipeline of opportunities that address youth unemployment.
