      Managed agency's largest grant, worth $11 million. Conceptualized, won support for, and managed to completion a set of innovative projects, including a $1 million+ project creating a new Salesforce application to manage all of the agency's contracts, purchase orders, and grants. The application, which went live in March 2024, has 40 users who can create grant budgets and track expenses against those budgets, generate forms automatically, and launch integrated DocuSign approval processes. Improved internal controls by creating an on-demand dashboard in Salesforce to replace hundreds of Excel workbooks used to inform program staff about expenditures. The application integrates a wide range of data within an intuitive interface that supports some of the agency's most complex processes. Supervised internal business analyst and external software development firm. Presented Salesforce application at 2023 CHEAC conference. The application is available at no cost to other public entities. Proposed and led a $250k project utilizing the technology strategy firm Intrepid Ascent to inventory all of the agency's data repositories and build an analytics platform using Power BI in order to give program and executive staff insights into program operations and outcomes. Led multiple sole source and competitive vendor procurements. Served as Planning Section Chief for the County's COVID-19 response, which included facilitation of large general meetings, overseeing Action Plan documentation, and leading demobilization planning. Wrote Board memos and developed contracts, purchase orders, and MOUs. Served as reviewer of grant proposals as part of a collective impact initiative of a sister agency. Show less
