      Operational Facilities Management service provision to properties within my allocated portfolio, to ensure the cost effective and timely delivery of contractual obligations and service provisions to both soft and hard services (Mechanical and Electrical), ensuring quality standards and H & S requirements are met and all CBRE policies are complied with. All of the above built upon a foundation of Customer Focus / Service excellence. Key Job Responsibilities.• Responsible for Facilities Management services at a large business park circa 250,000 sq ft. Multi- Tenanted Office buildings with considerable land and lake. Additionally responsibility for a shopping centre, and several Retail Parks within the South West and Wales region.• Produce, maintain and continuously review the Service Charge budget (cumulatively £2.8 Million) for the properties, establishing ‘value for money’ strategies for delivering the management services. This also includes the writing of the service budgets and actual booklets when reconciled. • All on-site activities within common areas and common systems (including M&E) are correctly managed and controlled to ensure zero unplanned downtime to either Client or Tenants business operations. A good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical systems built through substantial learning and knowledge over the past 16 years in the industry.• Liaising regularly with building owners (Landlord) and Tenants as principal FM for the property.• Responding to changes in client and occupier requirements as agreed via the appropriate authorisation process. • Management responsibility for the delivery of services including Welfare, Health & Safety matters in the properties, keeping Properties & People Legal & Safe.
