  My main responsibility was to plan and actively track Software tests to ensure on-time customer releases.Additional responsibilities: Head of IAT (Interdisciplinary Action Team) for DV/PV Qualification tests, managing several colleagues of different profiles (SW, HW, Mechanics) in different locations. My responsibilities were mostly in guiding the newly formed team through the normal stages of evolution (forming, storming, norming, performing) in addition to being the liaison for customer visits and audits. As technical aspects I kept responsibility for the automation of tasks and reports.Although I achieved significant savings in the total of over 200 kEur, I consider my biggest achievement to be the growth and high performance achieved by my team during my tenure. I was directly responsible to design and coordinate the implementation of a PV testing laboratory, a new activity with worldwide impact, from layout, facilities and tools to scripting and test automation. As other colleagues became involved in the project, I took on also the role of trainer and mentor as well as task coordinator, and eventually team lead. Responsible for Finite Element stress / strain evaluation of assemblies consisting of composite materials.
