Lead a pioneering agile procurement initiative, partnering with federal departments and agencies to test and refine this innovative process. Our efforts focused on reducing procurement risk through vendor collaboration, increased flexibility, and iterative work segments, ultimately establishing a GC Supply Arrangement for big data solutions specializing in network resolution and risk scoring. As strategic vendor manager, I advised executive leadership on industry trends and facilitated procurement and vendor engagements.
