  🔴 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗽: The initial roadmap for the first five years, 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗶𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀-𝗔, was successfully delivered. Planning included framework suggestions, budgeting, staffing guidance, and a protocol for architecture, with the goal of an extensible and agile application tolerant of the pivots outlined for growth.🔴 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Interview, analysis, and research on the marketplace to 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲 necessary to plan and pivot based on market needs and the goal of greater funding. 🔴 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Corrective antidote to a sprawling alpha prototype lacking security, consistency, and vision. Insights and analysis were pivotal for 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀 (technology, personnel, and advisors).🟢 Lobbied and 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 to hold clients accountable for data problems and 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 by tracking and billing customers for out-of-scope labor.🟢 As 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿, I encouraged a 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 and level of craftsmanship in all aspects of the codebase and those contributing code.🟢 Led the team during 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 and 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲 and communications.Operating as both Product and Project Manager, the main focus was mentoring and unblocking the development team.
