Al Muneera -Al Raha Beach Development (AbuDhabi) Multi Billion Dirham Project consisting of 17 Multi Storey Towers and Town Houses and Villas near Sea Side area based on NEC -3 Contract . 2. 9 Boulevard -Burj Development (Dubai)  Deputed as Senior Planning Engineer for the Burj Development projects which involve construction of 2 High Rise Towers of 46 storey each with a 3 level basement and a podium. The approximate value of both the projects combined is AED 0.8 Billion. 3. Majlis Oman (Parliment of Oman, Muscat) A $ 200M Project which covers an area of 101,000 Sq meters and comprises of 3 main buildings will form one of the main iconic structures in the sultanate. The Project was consisting of Royal interior Finishes & Infrastructure Works (Bridges, culverts & landscaping ) with adherence to timely completion.Development of the Master programme, implementing project control procedures, managing a team of planners, providing project management support to the construction team, prepare monthly controls progress reports, forecast trends etc. are some of my key responsibilities on the project. The Contract program is made up of 25000 activities and getting updated on weekly basis, the task is herculine. This project is challenging time bound. This new retail destination will feature about 400 outlets in a 140,000 square meter retail space. The Project will also feature Oman's largest snow-park, with an 8,000m2 play area, the largest Vox Cinemas and Magic Planet in the region. This Project is designed through BIM and all complex reporting is done with State of the art softwares and Automation. OMAN MUSEUM ACROSS AGES :-Client - Royal Court AffairsA 305 M. $ project is located in Nizwa Oman & this project will be a cultural and educational hallmark for all Omanis and all visitors to Oman. Project Design development is in BIM . Project comprises erection of structural steel works (approx 21000 MT), precast walls & Concrete structure and Premium finishes.
