  Analyze and design public policy interventions and programs with qualitative and quantitive methods.= Strengthening and Certification Program for Investigative Police, FORTAPOL =The project aimed to enhance the competencies of investigative police from 6 State Attorney General’s Offices and the Federal Attorney General’s Office, improving their effectiveness in prosecuting high-impact crimes, including femicide, human trafficking for exploitation, and other offenses affecting women, children, and vulnerable groups.Key achievements:• Contributed to developing a methodology to identify training gaps and needs among police officers. Utilized desk research and field data collection to uncover biases in law enforcement actions, such as gender-based or discriminatory behaviors.• Provided insights to develop a victim-centered training program based on insights gained, addressing both the needs of victims and investigative officers' demands.• Spearheaded design and implementation of a continuous improvement monitoring tool to enhance the training delivery. This tool, powered by automated spreadsheets, tracked logistics, teaching methods, police expectations, and knowledge retention.
