  Leading the Delivery in a Latin America Account with more than 100 resources supporting the Infrastructure. This Account is a major manufacturing company with production plants in Argentina, Mexico and Brazil and with offices in the United States and Europe As a Product Owner led an engineering team integrated by 15 IT technology experts and senior developers. In the last year, we designed a new monitoring automated solution and developed 5 releases which are being deployed in different customers as part of one of the new solutions in the DXC Portfolio Defining Standards and Best Practices to be applied and implemented at a global level by all the Unix and AS400 Delivery Teams supporting customers. Definition of success metrics to improve quality and efficiency through standardization of delivery.Also managing a group of Unix engineers to support the global delivery teams in the resolution of critical situations and high impact incidents and to apply their technical expertise for the standards development and documentation.
