      Served as the lead Intelligence advisor for the National Information and Investigation Agency, Ministry of Interior Government of Iraq. I worked directly with foreign senior leaders to assist with criminal intelligence and investigative missions in support of counterterrorism and counterinsurgency operations at the strategic and operational levels. While managing a diverse team of civilian and military personnel, I mentored senior Iraqi generals in the development of professional competencies in both training and operational arenas. I supervised the inspection, negotiations, and the transfer of ownership of a $5.7 million National Training Center to the Government of Iraq which tripled the National Information and Intelligence Agency's training capacity and provided modern, secure facilities for intelligence and investigations training.       Served as the Commanding General's Force Management advisor and subject matter expert for the 7th Infantry Division, with more than 17,000 soldiers assigned in 8 brigades and 1 HSC. Coordinated all force modernization actions, to include DA-directed testing and evaluation, and supports the Secretary of the Army's Total Force Policy by the successful integration of the Reserve and National Guard components. Ensures all force structure and force integration functions are synchronized to meet operational requirements. Coordinated with I Corps G3 FM to meet Title X requirements for stationing, force structure changes, new equipment fielding, activations, and inactivations. Synchronized actions to ensure efficient and effective execution of all-new material fielding and training. Coordinated and reviewed the Command Plan and transformation-related documentation changes and provided force structure analysis and recommendations. I led the Division's effort for Total Force Integration, incorporating over 200 USAR and ARNG Soldiers to the 7ID Multi-Compo HQ. Specifically, I successfully integrated the 81st SBCT into the 7th ID under the Associated Unit Pilot Program. Further, I coordinated the addition of two ARNG Training Support Detachments and a USAR detachment as part of the Multi-Compo HQ Capability. Show less

      Serving as a Force Structure and Manpower Analyst within the Force Structure Division for U.S. Army Cyber Command (USARCYBER), an Army Service Component Command (ASCC) to the U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM). Responsible for analyzing, developing, and staffing force management (FM) actions in a highly complex and dynamic domain. Responsible for ensuring USARCYBER units, consisting of over 12,000 military and civilian personnel, are adequately structured for assigned and directed cyberspace operations missions. I prepared products and submissions for Total Army Analysis, Command Plan, force structure documentation, Equipment Review and Validation Board (ERVB), Force Design Updates, manpower modeling, and Emerging Growth initiatives. Coordinates and synchronizes FM actions with the staff, HQDA, USCYBERCOM, and subordinate units.During this time I completed phase one of the force design and creation of the new Army Cyber Military Intelligence Group. I led the Operational Planning Team and assembled the Change Management Plan, Memorandum of Agreement, and Charter. I conducted monthly Executive level update briefings and successfully transitioned the planning team for phase two to United States Army Intelligence and Security Command. Show less
