  At this healthcare startup, I led the creation of their mobile application from the ground up. This involved conceptualizing innovative Features, precisely mapping the Customer Journey and orchestrating the complete User Experience, encompassing UI design and establishing the Design System.The central challenge was ensuring that the application remained intuitively usable and readily accessible to our primary users, the doctors. Recognizing that many doctors may not be tech-savvy or have the time to navigate a complex user journey, I prioritized User-Friendliness and streamlined User Flows in the design process.In addition to mobile app development, I also played a key role in enhancing the user experience of their Website and Web Application. On the Graphic Design front, I was instrumental in shaping the startup's Visual Identity by crafting their Logo and producing compelling Digital Marketing materials that reinforced the brand's identity.Through my active engagement in these multifaceted responsibilities, I made a significant contribution to the startup's success by delivering a cohesive and user-centric digital presence, adeptly meeting the needs of both medical professionals and patients alike.
