  I managed the music venue ‘Nambucca’ based in North London. I was responsible for thefacilities within the venue and upkeep of accommodation on the floors above the venue. Alongside Nambucca I oversaw the day to day management of rehearsal and recording music studios ‘Rooz’, based in Old Street, London.

  Managing Director

  As managing director of Lattimer Logistics - I was contracted to oversee the operations and logistics of capital projects for multi academy trusts - Such as refurbishment's, dilapidation's and relocation's of schools. I was also contracted for private clients - Examples of these projects were office relocation's, award shows, corporate dinners and weddings. I ran a team of permanent and sub contracted staff, up to 20 people, ensuring clients goals were met.

  Facilities Manager

  I headed up the facilities team at two primary schools in North London for Ark Academies - One of the largest academy trusts in the UK. I oversaw the premises team responsible for planned preventative and reactive maintenance and oversaw capital projects.

  Unite Students - a FTSE 100 company - is the UK’s leading manager and developer of student accommodation. I am responsible for the Total FM and Health & Safety of 5 purpose-built properties consisting of 3000 plus rooms and studios across London. I head up a team of 14 estates operatives, plumbers and electricians in line with SFG20 industry standards as well as Housekeeping and Security provisions. Unite Students - a FTSE 250 company - is the UK’s leading manager and developer of student accommodation. I am responsible for the Hard FM and Health & Safety of 5 purpose-built properties consisting of 3000 plus rooms and studios across London. I head up a team of 14 estates operatives, plumbers and electricians in line with SFG20 industry standards.
