It provides hope.We are an emergency food assistance agency that serves more than 115,390 people each month, a record in the Food Bank’s history. Last year, we distributed more than 27.8 million meals to food insecure families across the Blue Ridge. 10 months into the Covid-19 Pandemic, we have seen the need for food on average increase of 20% per month.
