  Job Summary:In-charge of the logistics activities involving delivery of products to customers. Having Responsibility to meet customer orders, ensure on-time and trouble-free delivery of products through proper coordination with Sales and Production Sections and proper scheduling of manpower and vehicles and maintenance activities. On-call 24 hours for delivery problems and concerns.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Receives customer orders from Sales Section.2. Arrange delivery schedules of drivers, helpers and vehicles.3. Coordinates with Sales Section & Production Section the finalized delivery schedule and other special customer requirements.4. Prepares delivery documents such as: Delivery Receipt, Certificate of Analysis, Gate Pass, Trip Ticket & Un/loading Checklist, Purchase Order for diesel, Photocopy of DR and weigh slip5. Monitors delivery status to ensure on-time and trouble-free delivery.6. Feedbacks Sales Section for delivery compliance, problems, delays, incidents, complaints and other important information gathered from customers7. Monitors and control fuel consumption and efficiencies.8. Monitors toll fee liquidation and verify accuracy of reports.9. Monitoring and control of supplies and materials needed by Logistics Section. This includes canvassing suppliers and preparation of Purchase Orders.10. Responsible for the maintenance and control of all logistics related documents and records11.
