      Working with Maintenance Control Engineering teams through updating Management and Customers during Aircraft AOG Situations against any specific Aircraft defects. Provide ADD planning, Co-ordination of work parties, work orders and associated paperwork as required and ensure completion and forwarding to the appropriate department.Maintaining the computer based Electronic Daily Log (Envision) with required handover details for the area of their responsibility, whilst ensuring as far as is practical all ATrS operational performance targets are achieved.Working in both Long & Short Term Planning for Base and line maintenance operations including spares provisioning for defects and notification of any deficiencies or issues arising from Maintenance Control. Supporting Engineering, Planning and Operational Aircraft teams with allocation of resources, management of workloads and scheduling of tasks, whilst Co-ordinating Part 145 engineers technical delays ensuring delay reports are received. Liaising with MCE and Senior Management Teams, configuration changes required outside of schedules and ensuring that the Engineering GCIS system is aligned to the current aircraft status.Production of management reports along with maintaining close communications with Fleet Engineering logistics ensuring requirements are known.Provide MCE, Maintrol Manager and Fleet Engineering Manager of deviation from check cycle limitations. Representation for ATrS and maintaining open dialogue with third party agencies and committees.Visiting 3rd party customer MRO,s to audit, update and clear all ADD,s etc to meet with agreed Airtanker/Customer time scales.
