      FBI - Hvac Pm Contracts through the GSAI oversee 10 FBI offsite buildings and assist with the J. Edgar Hoover building, to include PM contracts, repairs, service calls, upgrades and improvements. The contracts are for all Data Centers and secured areas such as Comsecs , Sciffs , Teledata rooms, etc. The equipment ranges from Liebert computer room units, Stultz - ATS units, to RTU's ranging in size from 5 ton to 17 ton, also includes air cooled chillers of 155 ton and centrifugal chillers at 1500 ton each, along with cooling towers and heat exchangers and Alerton BAS. Coordinate all activities with sub contractors. Plan, schedule, provide all estimating and quoting, supervise hvac personnel , order parts and materials, and do the actual field work , including service calls and PM's, to all buildings.       ISS Facilities Services holds the Hewlett- Packard IFS contract globally as of January, 2011:I oversee the Herndon, Va. Hewlett- Packard sites. It consists of (1) 6 story, 385,000 sq. ft. administrative building and (1) single story, 90,000 sq. ft. data center building. I also support 13 other offsite leased building spaces scattered throughout Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, DC. All of the sites have secured government spaces within the buildings that require security clearances to gain entrance, I hold most all clearances to gain entry to these areas. I am responsible for the day to day operations of the sites, PM programs, Projects, Energy Initiative Projects, equipment replacements, and I have 27 employees that report directly to me on a daily basis. They include, Engineering Staff, Janitorial Staff, Office Services Staff, and the MAC ( move , add, change ) Division. I work very closely with the onsite Hewlett- Packard Delivery Manager to assure that the level of service is per contract specs and guidelines. This is a performance based contract. I am responsible for obtaining and generating quotes for all projects, equipment replacements, consumables, creating and maintaining the overall site budgets. I also have to generate one day audits, EH&S audits, cafeteria audits, assuring that work orders are completed on a timely basis. Attend all corporate regional meetings for both ISS and Hewlett- Packard. I also implement cost savings initiatives to save the site and corporate operating costs.
