      I freelance for a number of privately owned luxury villas in Ibiza providing rental property management, client relationship management and high end customer services for both the villa clients as well as customers. On behalf of my client I handle customer communications, manage property bookings, organise meetings and provide day to day assistance in running multiple luxury tourist rental villas in Spain. This includes supplier management of the villa, managing in-house teams and coordinating projects. My duties include running the bookings calendar, liaising with customers , managing the Airbnb and Booking.com profiles, hiring and managing staff (cleaning and maintenance teams), buying furnishings and stock for the villas, updating the local onsite managers and providing regular updates for my clients.
