  I successfully completed my internship in the RF-Planning and Optimization department of PTML (Ufone). During my time here I learnt all the alphas and omegas of 2G cellular network. Got to know how to Drive test (DT) and walk test (WT) on field and satisfied the corporate customers of Ufone by providing them the suitable solutions. I also got opportunity to work on the iManager to check the status of alarms generated by BTS(Base transceiver stations). The main part of internship was to check the stats generated by the clusters of BTSs and then give the solutions accordingly. The area under our radar was the North sector of Pakistan. Which include cities from upper Punjab to the farther boundaries of Gilgit and Baltistan. Show less
