      Jan 2013 - May 2023
      Management Consultant and Contractor

Since 2013 I worked with a range of organisations across Australia and the UK on long and short-term engagements including Virgin Australia, myHomecare, Caltex Australia, UnitingCare Queensland, Queensland Treasury Corporation, Queensland Police Service, Royal Mail, EDF Energy and others. I have worked extensively with senior executives, transformation programs, finance teams, operational teams, vendors, and a heavy focus on technology. Much of my work has been once-in-a-decade transformation of entire organisations and divisions. Projects have involved leading small teams of consultants, contractors, and client staff, while typically supporting programs ranging from tens of millions of dollars through to multi-billion-dollar transformations. Prepared the company for IPO on an accelerated timeframe, leading the creation of the airline's first comprehensive long term financial plan since administration, acknowledged by the CEO as the "company playbook". Extensive senior stakeholder alignment across the company on Finance's highest priority deliverables.
