  I worked as a Software Engineer in a small, efficient Agile development team. Our work was highly specialized Defence projects. Software quality was extremely high with best practices including Technical Specification, Design Patterns, re-usability and testing high on the priority list. UML design, unit testing and nightly builds were part of the normal development process. The team built their own IDE which integrated with the build server and project management software to further enhance efficiency.
