Show less Responsibilities:● Work with the Product Engineering team based on general guidelines, goals, specific operational needs and technical characteristics.● Develop product research, compositions, characteristics and functionalities aiming to create demand and future launches of new products.● Preparation of studies defining characteristics and potential suppliers suggesting production to the company using its own or third-party resources.● Develop and monitor the creation of prototypes in order to verify the functioning and performance of the projects developed.● Develop technical specification plans, product designs and terms of quality standards.● Work together with engineering in preparing plans relating to product manufacturing methods and processes.● Monitor the implementation of products in the production and assembly lines until their final and satisfactory approval.Main results obtained:● During the global COVID-19 pandemic, I avoided shortages of products produced by the company by developing at least 5 different counter-types for a line of more than 20 thermoplastic materials and polymers, maintaining the effectiveness, functionality and safety of the products. As a result, in addition to maintaining its product portfolio, the company gained negotiating power with its suppliers.● I developed a line of biocompatible orthodontic silicone elastics, dedicated to people with allergies (restrictions) to latex and/or other materials.● I developed an adhesive for bonding orthodontic components that changes color after photopolymerization, which not only facilitates the work of the qualified professional, but also protects the aesthetic issue of the patient/user. Show less Responsibilities:● Analysis of clinical data and scientific research to identify new product opportunities.● Preparation of the Product Master Record (RMP) and Project Historical Record (RHP).● Development of product concepts and prototypes.● Evaluation of product performance in clinical tests.● Collaboration with marketing and sales teams to develop product launch strategies.Main results obtained:● I managed the complete life cycle of approximately 150 projects during this period, from conceptualization to delivery, including schedules, budgets and interdepartmental coordination.● I led the design and improvement of a large number of products, ensuring effectiveness, safety and compliance with industry regulations.● I carried out the optimization and unification of materials used in the manufacture of products, reducing industrial costs by more than 30%. Show less Responsibilities:● Drawing up, modifying and updating project drawings, defining their characteristics and determining the stages of execution and other technical elements, according to requirements, using the main mechanical technical drawing software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD and CorelDraw.Main results obtained:● I carried out the updating of product drawings, as well as 3D modeling for commercial and marketing use.● I actively participated in the implementation of the Product Engineering sector's document, drawing and workflow management system using Accruent's Meridian software, resulting in a significant improvement in the organization and efficiency of the product development process. Show less Responsibilities:● I worked on the development of manufacturing methods and processes through the study of times, layout, labor, equipment and flow of activities, in order to identify problems and improvements in processes and guarantee quality using tools such as PDCA, Pareto chart, Ishikawa, FMEA, among others.Main results obtained: ● Developed and maintained accurate technical documentation, including progress reports and process specifications, which aided standardization and knowledge transfer.● I carried out detailed analysis of manufacturing processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing innovative solutions that were implemented in the Assembly and Packaging Production Units.● I demonstrated proactivity by seeking out additional learning opportunities, participating in workshops and training, and applying new knowledge to continuously improve processes.
