   Material Planning/Inventory Management: Generating purchase orders as per Dispatch Plan Received from HO which is allocated to all depot lying in India as per stock lying in our Mother Warehouse as well as the transit stock of Vehicles which is received till 11:00am in our Warehouse and dispatch maximum plan received from HO without any inventory violation as well as SOP violation. Stores Management: Maintaining the stock of material without any variance by conducting perpetual stock verification and documentation. Implementing Standard Operating Procedures within the warehouse and training team members in maintaining compliance with these procedures. Ensuring All FG to prevent from getting damaged in transit Logistics: Supervising logistic operations viz., Sea freights & inland transportation, coordinating with Custom House Agents, C&F Agents and other external agencies for ensuring timely clearances and cost effective transport solutions. Negotiating with transporters, shippers, etc. to ensure seamless and cost-effective movement of consignment. SAP Knowledge:- Excellent Knowledge of SAP in Three Modules MM,SD, FICO. Reconciliation of FG/POP: Scrapping of Transit Shortage and Transit Damage Stock and also deduct the payment of transporter for Shortage and Damage Stock Received s from our warehouse vulnerability manually which we finding during security testing. Reconciliation of FG/POP: Scrapping of Transit Shortage and Transit Damage Stock and also deduct the payment of transporter for Shortage and Damage Stock Received s from our warehouse vulnerability manually which we finding during security testing. MIS Reports:- Sending of Monthly and Daily basis MIS to HO as well as commercial Team Physical Verification: Reconciliation of Physical stock against the books stock in SAP on monthly basis on 2nd of month.
