  I reviewed all specialized vehicle transportation of heavy/ abnormal load equipment to be used, and coming to the site, in advance of works starting, to make sure site was ready, equipment was correct, and manpower were both trained and available. This included columns, compressors, generators, exchangers, vessels, modules, and condensers.I controlled the entire demolition process of 3 units, planning to take-down. I then managed the rebuild of structures, piping, static and rotating equipment. I controlled all abnormal loads delivered by sea and land, ensuring vendors, manufacturers, suppliers, and barge companies would deliver to schedule – this was also for sea deliveries on 6-month lead time. It incorporated 100 pieces of lifting/ 80 pieces of heavy/ abnormal equipment; cranes ranging from 15t to 3200t. Show less
